Who controls your data
SupplierVerse.ai is a trading brand of Go Diverse Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 14872986), Suite 2a, 6th Floor, Cobalt Square, 83-85 Hagley Road, Birmingham B16 8QG. Go Diverse Limited is the data controller and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZB687323.
What we collect and why
Account details (name, work email, company information), business profile and uploaded documents, usage logs, and billing records. Data is used to provide the platform, match tenders, prepare bids, take payment, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations, under UK GDPR lawful bases including contract, legitimate interests and consent. SupplierVerse never sells personal data.
Where data is stored
Customer data is stored in the United Kingdom. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored on the platform. AI processing runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in the UK and EEA, and AI providers do not train models on customer data. Transfers outside the UK are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict, export or object to the use of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests are free and answered within one month via support@supplierverse.ai. Complaints are acknowledged within 30 days, and you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
