733 - Supply and Fitting of Hydraulic and other Vehicle Hoses
Leeds City Council is procuring the supply and fitting of hydraulic and other vehicle hoses to support vehicle maintenance and repair carried out through its Fleet Services and CEGS managed workshops. The contractor will primarily replace hydraulic hoses and pipes, but must also handle pipes carrying power steering fluid, engine oil, gearbox oil and air, with services required either at the roadside or at any Leeds City Council depot. The work may occasionally involve vehicles not owned by the Council, including vehicles operated by schools, universities and hire companies. No estimated contract value, contract duration or specific delivery regions are stated; delivery locations are Council depots and roadside locations within the Council’s operations. The critical qualification requirement is the ability to supply and fit replacement hoses and pipes across these varied vehicle applications and fluids, including responding to work at roadside locations and Council depots.
