Apex Housing Association invites tenders for bathroom replacement works to 337 occupied social housing properties across Derry/Londonderry, Ballykelly, Tyrone and Antrim. The works comprise the replacement of bathrooms, shower rooms, wet rooms and secondary WCs, including adaptations and associated works. The Contractor will undertake tenant consultation, coordinate and programme the works, and manage delivery to minimise disruption to residents. The works are to be completed within 44 weeks of the starting date, excluding public and statutory holidays. This period includes four weeks for tenant consultation, asbestos surveys and order lead-in.
