Commissioning Homes for Children Looked After & Care Leavers PDPS - Lot 4 Rd 7
The London Borough of Newham, a local government authority, is reopening Lot 4 Round 7 of its Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System for Ofsted-regulated Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) services. The contract covers the provision of foster placements and associated care and support for looked-after children, care leavers, and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with suppliers expected to provide safe, suitable placements and meet the relevant service and regulatory requirements. The opportunity is for admission to the PDPS rather than a stated fixed-value contract, and no estimated contract value or specific overall duration is provided; the system will operate through staged rounds over its lifetime. Services will be delivered for Newham and participating partner public bodies within the UKI41 region, covering London. The critical qualification is that the fostering agency must be regulated by Ofsted and demonstrate relevant experience in delivering independent fostering services.
