Communications Marketplace
The Communications Marketplace is a dynamic purchasing system for marketing and communications services, allowing central government and wider public sector bodies to procure specialist agency support across a range of service, audience, outcome and delivery-location filters. Crown Commercial Service, the UK central government procurement body, is managing the agreement for public sector organisations and charities that need access to specialist communications services. Agencies joining the DPS must state which categories and sub-services they can provide so clients can create shortlists and run competitions for campaign delivery, advisory support and related communications work. The estimated value is £260 million and the DPS has been extended for 17 months until 23 February 2029, with work deliverable across the United Kingdom and multiple overseas locations including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. The key eligibility requirement is that bidders must be specialist agencies able to demonstrate and select the relevant categories and services they can offer within the DPS application.
