Construction Professional Services DPS
The Construction Professional Services DPS provides a dynamic purchasing route for the Government Commercial Agency, a public-sector organisation, to procure a broad range of construction-related technical, professional, environmental, property, consultancy and support services. Suppliers will identify the technical and professional services, industry sectors, geographical regions and additional capabilities they can provide, enabling customers to filter the appointed supplier pool and invite relevant providers to individual competitions. The scope includes services associated with construction, property, engineering, environmental management, sustainability, project and commercial management, asset or facilities support, and related professional consultancy, with service levels determined through each competition. The estimated total value is £800 million, and the DPS has a maximum duration of 72 months, with the optional extensions utilised and the current end date set for 23 February 2029. Delivery may be required across the United Kingdom, including England’s regions, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The critical eligibility requirement is appointment to the DPS in the relevant service, sector, regional and capability categories before receiving invitations to compete.
