CPU7343 - Homelessness Prevention Services - Open Framework
Nottingham City Council, a local government authority, is procuring a multi-Lot, multi-Supplier Open Framework for homelessness prevention services across the United Kingdom, including the UKF region. Lot 1 covers accommodation-based services such as emergency, temporary, supported, specialist, intermediate, move-on and housing-led accommodation, together with housing management and housing-related support; Lot 2 covers community-based advice, early intervention, homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, resettlement, outreach, rough sleeping prevention and specialist pathway support. The framework will establish approved providers for subsequent call-off contracts and may also be used by the Council’s Children, Adults and Public Health departments. Its estimated value is £80 million, although the available information does not state the framework duration. The critical qualification requirement is that providers must be sufficiently experienced and qualified and pass all mandatory procurement, quality and any final qualification checks, with failures at any stage preventing further assessment.
