Services will be delivered at William Lyons House and emergency and family accommodation sites including Gorton Street, Central Street and Clare Street in Blackpool, within the UKD42 region; the contract value and duration are not specified. The critical qualification is demonstrated experience, competence and ability in working with vulnerable adults, families and young people with complex needs, including confidently managing sensitive and challenging situations.
