Dublin City Council Waste Management Services proposes to establish a Multi Party Framework for the Maintenance and Cleaning of Public Toilets
Dublin City Council, the local government authority responsible for municipal services, is establishing a multi-party framework for routine maintenance and cleaning of its public toilets through DCC Waste Management Services. The initial contract covers the City Centre facility at St. Stephen’s Green, comprising seven toilets and two urinals, with two staff providing cleaning and maintenance daily from 10am to 6pm; cleaning intervals may be adjusted according to operational need. The supplier must provide all labour, cleaning products and equipment, state an hourly labour cost inclusive of those products and equipment, and attend formal performance-review meetings with the Council, generally every two months during the first six months and at later intervals as required. The estimated contract value is £1,000,000, with an initial one-year term and an option to extend for a further year. Services will be delivered in Dublin City Centre, Ireland (IE061). The critical qualification requirement is passing the financial and economic and technical suitability criteria before being assessed against the award criteria.
