The site comprises a generally rectangular concrete-surfaced yard with vehicular access from Elva Way to the north via existing double gates. The southern boundary adjoins residential properties on Buckland Drive. Existing site infrastructure to remain includes arm-code barrier, smoking shelter, cycle stores, lockers and existing welfare portacabin facilities. Demolition and clearance works have been completed prior to Contract commencement by others. The Contractor is not required to disturb the existing welfare portacabin arrangement, which is held under a separate contract.
