Framework Agreement for The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture, Educational Furniture and Library Furniture
Staffordshire County Council, a local government authority, is establishing a three-lot framework for the supply, delivery and installation of office, educational and library furniture and associated equipment and services. Office furniture requirements include seating, desks, tables, screens, monitor arms, storage, accessories and meeting-room furniture, while educational supplies include classroom and dining furniture, soft seating, book storage, outdoor equipment, school apparatus and sports equipment for schools and academies. The library lot additionally requires management of individual or programme-wide refits, internal layout design, furniture and fittings, installation, advice on signage and graphics, after-sales support and user training where needed. Office call-offs may serve approximately 1,800 ordering and delivery points, and educational and library deliveries will be made to Staffordshire County Council sites, schools and academies across Staffordshire. Staffordshire County Council (SCC) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Office, Educational and Library Furniture, reference IA3675. The Framework Agreement shall comprise of 3 Lots. The strategic aim for this procurement is to establish a single framework agreement split into three separate lots. One for Educational Furniture, a second for Office Furniture and the third for Library Furniture. Staffordshire County Council (SCC) wishes to contract with suitable suppliers who can supply and install the required products for each lot at the best value to the County Council.
