Integrated Partnerships Framework
The contract covers the establishment of Northern Ireland Water Limited’s IF109 Integrated Partnerships Framework to support its capital investment programme across water and wastewater assets. Northern Ireland Water is a public water and wastewater utility in Northern Ireland, and the framework is intended to provide programme and project management, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and associated support services. The expected structure comprises four lots covering minor civil pipelaying, minor civil works, minor MEICA and process works, and major civil, MEICA and process works, ranging from network rehabilitation and small-scale investment to complex multidisciplinary programmes. The estimated framework value is £10.5 billion, with the duration not specified; it is intended to succeed the current IF105 framework, which is due to expire in May 2028, and support the PC28 programme and future regulatory periods. Delivery will take place across Northern Ireland (UKN). The critical qualification requirement is not yet specified because the procurement strategy, lotting, appointment methodology and supplier arrangements remain under development.
