Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Civil Engineering Works at Dublin Port
The contract covers a multi-party framework for civil engineering works at Dublin Port and other lands controlled by Dublin Port Company, an Irish port and maritime infrastructure operator. Framework members will deliver works for the company’s Masterplan and associated capital projects, potentially including dismantling and infill removal, quay wall construction or refurbishment, dredging and treatment of contaminated material, Ro-Ro facilities, jetties, surge protection, roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, earthworks, ground remediation, port buildings, specialist equipment infrastructure and port electrification. Ancillary enabling activities may include temporary works design and construction traffic management, with works required to meet Dublin Port Company’s satisfaction and subject to regulatory consents. The estimated framework value is £250 million, but no framework duration is stated; call-off works will be delivered at Dublin Port and other company-controlled lands in the IE061 region. The critical qualification is the ability to deliver the full range of listed works, either in-house or through a grouping or consortium; applications covering only selected disciplines will be rejected.
