The objective of this Request for Tender is to procure a suitably qualified service provider to support, maintain, enhance and further develop Skillnet Ireland’s Microsoft Dynamics platform, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, fit for purpose and capable of meeting future operational, regulatory and business requirements. Skillnet Ireland seeks to secure a service provider that can: 1. Provide reliable ongoing support and maintenance services for the existing Microsoft Dynamics solution; 2. Deliver application development, enhancements and continuous improvement services to ensure the solution remains aligned with business requirements and future organisational and regulatory needs; and 3. Ensure appropriate Microsoft Dynamics licensing, licence management and related advisory services are in place for all users of the solution.
