Request for Tender for the provision of Certification, Maintenance and Training Services for Security Screening Equipment to the Courts Service
The contract covers certification, maintenance and training services for security screening equipment used by the Courts Service of Ireland, the public-sector body responsible for supporting the administration of justice and court operations. The procurement is divided into three described lots: certification of security screening equipment, maintenance of that equipment, and Radiation Protection Officer training, with each lot resulting in a separate contract. Supplier responsibilities will therefore include carrying out equipment certification, providing maintenance services, and delivering radiation protection training, according to the requirements and performance criteria for the relevant lot. The estimated total contract value is £87,500, although the tender details do not state a contract duration or service commencement timeframe. Delivery is required in Ireland. The tender information does not identify a specific mandatory certification or qualification requirement for bidders; however, a supplier bidding for both certification and maintenance lots cannot be awarded both and must state its preferred award order.
