The framework covers four lots: overnight fostering short breaks, overnight residential short breaks, domiciliary care, and short breaks support workers, with approved suppliers providing support at the required time and location through subsequent call-off contracts. The estimated total value is £14,520,000, with Lot 1 and Lot 2 starting on 1 November 2026 and Lot 3 and Lot 4 starting on 1 March 2027; all lots will reopen at least annually in autumn. Services will be delivered across the UKG12 region, covering Worcestershire. The critical qualification requirement is that suppliers must be qualified and experienced to deliver the relevant short breaks service and satisfy the applicable requirements for the lot for which they apply.
