The cemetery building has been designated a non-designated heritage asset by Central Bedfordshire Council, and the works will require planning permission and compliance with the authority’s pre-application advice and Schedule of Works. The stated estimated contract value is £168,000, while the Council’s overall project budget is approximately £190,000–£210,000 including VAT; no contract duration is specified. Delivery is at Stotfold Cemetery in the UK, and the key qualification requirement is demonstrable experience in carrying out comparable renovation or construction works.
