Taste 4 Success Skillnet - Panel of Trainers 2027 - 2029 (Multi Lot)
Taste 4 Success Skillnet, a national training network funded by Skillnet Ireland for the food, seafood, beverage and hospitality sector, is establishing an open Panel of Training Providers for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The contract covers the delivery of workforce training across 12 Lots, including professional development, food science and innovation, quality assurance, business competitiveness, IT, health and safety, sustainability, regulatory compliance, inclusion, wellbeing, HR, payroll and employment law. Providers will deliver training and related services selected by participating member companies, with the panel remaining open to new applicants during its operating period; admission does not guarantee work. The projected total value of training delivered through the panel is £3,000,000 over three years, across Ireland. The critical qualification requirement is that applicants must submit the required Call for Tender documentation and achieve the minimum quality score for each Lot sought.

Taste 4 Success Skillnet is a national training network, funded by Skillnet Ireland, that supports member companies in the food, seafood, beverage and hospitality sector to upskill their workforce. Taste 4 Success Skillnet invites tenders from suitably qualified training and service providers for admission to an open Panel of Training Providers for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. This is an open admission system, not a public contract or framework agreement. All tenderers who meet the requirements and the minimum quality score will be admitted for the relevant Lots, and the panel will remain open to new applicants throughout the panel period. Member companies select the approved provider they wish to work with. Taste 4 Success Skillnet does not select between admitted providers. The estimated value is the projected total value of training delivered through the panel over its full period. Admission to the panel is not a guarantee of work. Full admission is conditional on submission of the documents set out in the Call for Tender. The panel comprises 12 Lots.
