Three Year Contract for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection Services
The contract covers gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services for Reidvale Housing Association, a housing provider operating across Glasgow. The Contract will involve gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services throughout Glasgow. The Contract will principally include; Gutter cleaning maintenance; and Roof inspection services and a comprehensive report prepared by the Contractor for each property. The Contract may also include cleaning of roof skews, valleys and flashings, and also remedial, minor repair works to the existing roof finishes, drainage and disposal systems, stonework and chimneys and roof services resulting from the Contractor’s roof inspection and report to each property. The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 6th January 2027 and the completion date is 5th January 2030. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document G), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 5th January 2032.
