Tourism Representation Services in India on Behalf of Tourism Ireland
The contract covers tourism representation and in-market support services in India for Tourism Ireland CLG, the organisation responsible for promoting the island of Ireland overseas. Services will be delivered in India, with the requirement focused on Delhi and/or Mumbai. The critical pre-qualification requirement is that each prospective tenderer must have an operational office located in India, specifically in Delhi and/or Mumbai.

Tourism Ireland requires the services of a suitably qualified supplier to provide representation and in-market support services in India. The successful tenderer will act as Tourism Ireland's local representative in India, providing support to Tourism Ireland and industry partners on an as-needed basis. The requirement is expected to be primarily reactive and demand-led, rather than involving ongoing proactive market development activity. The Contract Period will be for three (3) years subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1 February 2027 . It is a pre-qualification requirement that prospective tenderers have an operational office located in India (Delhi and/or Mumbai).
