Training and Skills Development for Festival Makers
Create (C.A.F.E. Company Limited by Guarantee), a national development agency for collaborative arts, is procuring training and skills development services for the festival sector. The contract will establish a multi-lot framework covering delivery of a programme for festival makers, with work divided into five lots so individual contractors, organisations, teams or consortia can provide specialist services for particular areas. The programme will focus on festivals in Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland, and suppliers may apply for one, several or all five lots. The estimated value is £24,000, with the available tender information not specifying a framework duration or delivery schedule. Services will be delivered across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland, within the stated IE and IE0 regions. The critical qualification requirement is demonstrable relevant skills and experience in the festival-sector training and skills-development field.
