WNC Children & Young People Health and Wellbeing Survey
West Northamptonshire Council is procuring services to design, mobilise, deliver, analyse and report three periodic Children and Young People’s Health and Wellbeing Survey waves. The council, a local government organisation responsible for public services and public health, requires the provider to manage each survey day to day and produce timely, actionable insight for Council commissioners, Public Health and Business Intelligence teams, schools and other relevant system partners. The arrangement is planned to cover three alternate-year waves, provisionally in 2027, 2029 and 2031, over a five-year period, with a maximum estimated value of £75,000 excluding VAT for the full arrangement. Delivery is associated with the UK regions covered by codes UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ and UKK. The critical qualification requirement is demonstrated experience of delivering comparable children and young people’s health and wellbeing survey services, including survey design, operational management, analysis and reporting.
