YPO is seeking suppliers for a Dynamic Purchasing System covering the supply and direct distribution of various food service categories to its customers, primarily in the education sector but also across the NHS, public sector buildings, charitable housing organisations, care homes, care catering, the prison service and sheltered housing. YPO is a public sector buying organisation serving public bodies and its own associated or subsidiary companies, and the supplier must deliver orders directly to end customers rather than through YPO. The scope covers ongoing food supply and distribution with performance monitored through annual reviews, price negotiations and KPI checks, and the estimated contract value is £350 million over the full term. The DPS runs from 1 December 2019 to 27 October 2028 and covers delivery across the United Kingdom, Europe, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, British Overseas Territories and the rest of the world. The key requirement is appointment onto the DPS for food service supply and distribution to the specified public-sector customer base.

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply and distribution of various Food Service categories direct to YPO customers, typically for use in the education sector, NHS, public sector buildings, charitable status organisations such as housing organisations and care homes, care catering, the prison service and sheltered housing within the public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which include YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. The end customer will place the order/s with the Provider and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer. The DPS will cover the period from 1st December 2019 to 27 October 2028 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).
