The agreement
The SupplierVerse.ai terms of service are a contract between Go Diverse Limited (company number 14872986) and business customers, governed by the laws of England and Wales. SupplierVerse is a business tool for UK companies seeking public sector contracts.
Plans and cancellation
New customers get a 14-day free trial with no charge if cancelled in time. The monthly plan is GBP 249 per month with cancellation anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. The annual commitment plan is GBP 199 per month billed monthly for 12 months; cancelling early recalculates used months at the standard GBP 249 rate on the final invoice. Stripe processes all payments and card details are never stored on the platform.
Your content and AI output
Customers own the business profiles, documents and bid content they upload. SupplierVerse uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, and that output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so it is always a draft for human review. Tender data from official UK sources should be verified against the original notice before submission.
Data rights and resale
Go Diverse Limited retains all rights in the platform and the data and materials it provides, including tender data, match scores, assessments and any aggregated or derived data, without affecting customer ownership of uploaded content. Customers may not resell, redistribute or share the platform, its data or its outputs, or use them to build a competing product.
