Yorkshire Water Services Limited, a water and wastewater company, intends to establish a multi-supplier framework for consultancy services supporting AMP8 delivery and readiness for AMP9 and AMP10. The framework will provide strategic, operational, regulatory, commercial, asset management and transformation expertise through multiple lots, including strategic advice, business transformation, specialist consultancy, Ofwat price review and economic analysis, and asset management transformation. The framework will provide a single commercial route through which Yorkshire Water can access a broad range of consultancy expertise, supporting its strategic, operational, regulatory, commercial, asset management and transformation objectives. It will replace existing consultancy arrangements and provide continuity, flexibility and resilience in securing specialist professional services across the business. The framework will comprise multiple Lots aligned to key consultancy disciplines and areas of expertise, including management consultancy, regulatory and strategic advisory services, programme and project support, organisational transformation, and specialist professional consultancy services.
