The estimated contract value is £102,000, with the work undertaken during the stated contract term, although no duration is provided. Delivery covers Wales, including its regional partnership areas and local authority regions. The critical qualification requirement is demonstrated capability to deliver comparable operating-model, service-design and implementation-planning work through effective stakeholder co-design.
