Habinteg Housing Association wishes to appoint one or more Supplier(s) to deliver communal cleaning, window cleaning and grounds maintenance services across its residential schemes in Central and East England. The services are intended to ensure that communal areas are maintained to an appropriate standard, providing safe, clean and well-maintained environments for residents. The opportunity has been divided into four Lots, comprising: - Lot 1: Milton Keynes & Dunstable Grounds Maintenance Services - Lot 2: Communal Cleaning in Letchworth - Lot 3: Thetford & Hoveton Grounds Maintenance and Communal Cleaning Services - Lot 4: Essex & Ipswich Grounds Maintenance, Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services The successful Supplier(s) will be expected to provide services to all sites within the Lot(s) awarded. Suppliers may submit a Tender Response for any or all Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated independently, and there is no restriction on the number of Lots that may be awarded to an individual Supplier.
