Provision of Fuel Card Solution
The contract covers the provision and implementation of a fuel card solution for Together Housing Association Limited and its subsidiary organisations, supporting the safe, compliant and efficient operation of their fleet. Together Housing is a housing association operating in the social housing sector, and the appointed supplier will provide controls for accurate fuel-spend monitoring, cost reduction and operational efficiencies across fleet services. The solution must support approximately 500–550 vehicles, including panel vans, tippers, trailers, ride-on mowers, forklifts and a timber shredder, while also accommodating the organisation’s transition to electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The fleet includes 76 such vehicles from June 2026, with approximately 70% expected to transition by 2030. The contract duration is not fully specified, but includes up to two additional years available in annual increments; no estimated value or delivery regions have been published. The key requirement is the ability to provide a flexible fleet-wide solution that supports both conventional fuel control and the planned EV and plug-in hybrid transition.
